Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the FlyNamibia Padel for a Purpose event is open to all corporate and business teams, and individuals, who have completed the entry form and paid the required entry fee.

1.2. Participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Entry Fees and Payment

2.1. Entry fees must be paid in full before the event date.

2.2. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

3. Team Composition

3.1. Each team must consist of two participants.

3.2. Changes to team members must be communicated to the event organisers at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.

4.2. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to, verbal or physical abuse, will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the event grounds.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the event.

5.2. The organisers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during the event.

5.3. Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations as directed by the organisers.

6. Liability

6.1. FlyNamibia and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in the event.

6.2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyNamibia and its affiliates from any claims arising out of their participation.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed and filmed.

7.2. FlyNamibia reserves the right to use any photographs or video footage from the event for promotional purposes.

8. Cancellation and Changes

8.1. FlyNamibia reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.2. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of event administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9.2. Participants agree to receive communications from FlyNamibia regarding the event and future events.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By consenting to the entry form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
